Tri-Con Services incorporated in November 1977 by both Mr. Joe O. Gipson and Mr. Jack B. Gipson, currently having a combined construction experience of over 106 years! Together personally overseeing all aspects of construction they grew into a large commercial contractor which provides various civil construction services to private and public entities.
